About the Role

Due to continued growth of our Omnicell Pharmacy Automation portfolio, Brennan & Company is seeking an additional colleague to join our expanding Healthcare team.


The Product Specialistwill act as the clinical and technical expert within the territory, partnering closely with hospital pharmacy teams to support system implementation, training, optimisation, and ongoing use. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospital‑based Pharmacy Technicianwho is curious about a career in industry and would enjoy a more outward‑facing, consultative role.


You will bring practical hospital pharmacy experience, a strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, and the ability to translate clinical practice into effective, real‑world product solutions. Full product training and ongoing professional development will be provided.


This role is central to Brennan & Company’s long‑term growth strategy and plays a key role in building strong, trusted, and sustainable relationships with both customers and supplier partners.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert product and technical supportto hospital pharmacy customers, including support of installed systems and discussion of enhanced or new solutions

  • Deliver high‑quality on‑site training and education, ensuring safe, efficient, and effective product use

  • Support and contribute to sales strategies and action plans, helping drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts, maintaining regular contact and providing structured feedback to senior colleagues and management

  • Plan and manage your own field‑based schedule, including preparation and delivery of product training and demonstrations

  • Be regarded as a trusted partner and extension of the pharmacy teamwithin your customer accounts

Monitor customer installations to:

  • Improve customer satisfaction

  • Build long‑term relationships

  • Identify broader opportunities across the Brennan Group

  • Represent Brennan & Company at professional conferences, meetings, and industry eventsas required

  • Work closely with Service and Technical Support teamsto ensure timely issue resolution and optimal customer outcomes

  • Effectively use CRM and internal IT systemsto manage accounts, sales activity, and reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, call plans, and activity logs

  • Stay informed on market trends, pharmacy automation developments, and evolving hospital pharmacy practices


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Pharmacy Technicianwith experience in a hospital pharmacy environment

  • Full, clean driving licence

  • Strong interest in pharmacy automation, technology, and service improvement

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a dynamic, field‑based role

  • Positive, growth‑oriented mindset with a collaborative, solution‑focused approach

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider sales and support team
